2015 Ceraland Grand Prix
The 2015 Ceraland Grand Prix, September 12th and 13th is the next stop for the 2015 SIRA karting season. For anyone who has never attended this event, this is a true road course (only one gentle right hander), through the woods and a roller coaster of up and down hill elevation change. It’s a FAST trip through the beautiful rolling woods of Ceraland Park, just south east of Columbus, Indiana. This is also a great fun camping experience for those who stay on site, overnight.
As has occurred in previous years, this event features a unique way for racers to give to a cause, and maybe receive a payout in return. The Can Good 30’s for 80cc Shifter, Lo206 and 2 Cycle Senior Yamaha is included at this race, following our Saturday heat races on September 12th. The purpose of this event is raise awareness of hunger in the US. All food will be donated to the local food bank in Columbus, Indiana.
Starting positions will be based off the weight of donated items by each driver. Payout amount based on total class donation. All items will be donated to the Columbus Love Chapel Food Bank (www. columbuslovechapel.com).
